HOW OZLILI WORKS
We build the shared capabilities once. Every product starts from them, and is shaped by what it is for.
Shared capabilities, built once. Each product is shaped by what it is for.
The technical capabilities every product needs, built once.
Each product composes that foundation into an experience for the need it serves.
Our software supports judgment. The decision, and responsibility for it, stay with people.
THE OZLILI ENGINE
Four parts every product runs on — each a plain idea first, with the technical detail underneath.

What the system knows, and what backs it up.
Evidence Engine
Claims that hold up
Collects the work, results and records behind a claim and keeps them connected, so anything said about a person or a team can be traced to what it rests on.
How evidence becomes a recommendation someone can act on.
Decision Engine
Decisions you can explain
Takes the evidence and the criteria and returns a recommendation with its reasoning attached.
Why it checks what it already knows before it asks a model.
Intelligence Layer
Intelligence as a resource, not the system
Models, agents, data and workflows work in one order: your own record first, then the rules that apply, then what is already established, and a model only once those run out.
How the whole thing stays governed and accountable.
Trust Architecture
Defensible by construction
Access to records is scoped by organization and, for personal evidence, by the person's consent.
TRUST AND GOVERNANCE
Claims link to their evidence, and a person makes the decision.
Claims are linked to the evidence under them.
Hiring decisions are recorded with who made them and the reasoning they gave at the time.
Evidence is accepted by a person before it counts. The system proposes; a person decides.
Access to records is scoped by organization and, for personal evidence, by the person's consent.
OPI and OCI are open now. OIM is in development, with early access by request.
